Before crafting any of the tools or gear, players need to make and place crafting stations. Each one is used for different sorts of crafting.
The furnace is used to smelt ore into ingots; the anvil is used to create tools and equipment; the cauldron is used to cook food; the fletching table is used to make bows and arrows; and the workbench is used for general lower crafting.
Some seeds are better than others when it comes to ore and wood density, making crafting easier, but no matter what seed you choose, you’ll need to know these crafting recipes to get what you’re after.
