Morris furniture store offers a 5-Year Furniture warranty to customers providing services to areas in Northern Kentucky, Dayton, Columbus, Ohio, and the Cincinnati area.

Accidental tripsManufacturer defects in power tools for upholstery and wood products. Tears, stains, and burns.

When Does Morris Furniture coverage begin?

After the one (1) year factory warranty expires then coverage on factory shortcomings begins and extends through the five (5) year period.

Morris includes a beneficial no-risk policy which applies to the Furniture Protection product warranty. Meaning, if there is ever a need to sort for a service claim during the period of the policy, Protection Plans are paid back as an in-store credit good towards a future purchase that is twice the price of the credit or more.  

NOTE: Credits are applicable for furniture and mattress purchases only. 

Morris furniture One-Year Limited Warranty.

Morris Furniture stores provide a one-year limited product warranty. They also value other manufacturer warranties for one year with coverage of parts and labor from the furniture delivery date. 

Furniture purchased with Morris Protection Plan has the advantages of being inspected in your home, picking up furniture for repair, or home furniture repair services.

A service fee is required for home services on products purchased without a Protection Plan. Also, products without qualifying charges for warranty services will be returned to the corporate distribution center for review. 

Outlet clearance products or discontinued products marked “As Is” are not covered by the one-year limited warranty.

Morris Furniture Protection Warranty Service Policy.

Morris Furniture provides repair service for factory damages under the terms stated in their limited warranty, and also in the manufacturer’s warranty.

Upon notification of a product warranty claim, an immediate examination is carried out to

Analyze the broken item to determine if the shortcomings qualify for warranty repair.

Morris furniture company or their corporate distribution headquarters will provide home service at no extra cost if the furniture was bought with a Morris Protection Plan and the repair is covered by the warranty.

A furniture replacement is applicable only when a repair is difficult and it requires approval by the manufacturer to be replaced.   

If a product replacement is approved and the initial furniture is out of stock, you can reselect any product with a similar price as the manufacturer’s price.

If product shortcomings arise from mishandling or abuse by customers and the product is not protected by the warranty. Individuals will pay for product repair services.  

After the one-year warranty, Morris can assist you to purchase in-stock parts from the manufacturer at your cost. But you will pay for freight and labor costs that may apply.

Furniture Policy

We will not be happy if you make a costly mistake purchasing an item or furniture. Also, we understand that buying a new piece of furniture can be costly and that you want to have classy furniture to occupy your space on a budget. That is why we offer a furniture policy for your shopping convenience

Carefully cross-check each part of your delivered furniture for any freight damage.

Deformities should be reported within three days of furniture arrival.

You can return your furniture within 3 days after purchase but your initial payment will not be refunded. Also, you’ll be charged a 15% restocking fee.

You will be charged a new delivery fee but will not get charged for the restocking fee when you make one-time re-election of equivalent or higher value.  

Returning of furniture must be completed within seven (7) days of purchase.

Furniture must be returned in its initial conditions when purchased.

Morris offers a credible furniture product warranty service that makes it reliable and comfortable to purchase furniture from them. 

Does The Morris Furniture Warranty Still Cover When You Change Location?

If you move to an area outside Morris’s usual service areas and need the one(1)-year limited warranty service. Morris can only service your product if you send it or bring the product to their corporate distribution center. Alternatively, you may directly reach out to the product manufacturer or go through a local vendor to finish the warranty job. While if you return the furniture for repair, you will be responsible for all handling, cargo charges, and shipping to and from our corporate distribution center.
